Integral polyprene 233sp

Polyprene 233sp is a polyurethane system, 100% HCFC free (ODP=0, GWP=0), for the production of Semirigid Integral Skin foams with molded density of 250-600 kg/m3 and skin hardness of 50-70 Shore A. It is suitable to mould car industry items such as steering wheels, armrests etc. A-Polyprene-233-9004 Polyol provides black foam (RAL 9004).

Recommended Process Conditions

Polyol ingredient may separate in different layers, therefore each drum must be properly mixed before use.
Isocyanate component includes a volatile liquid - spumagen, the new generation blowing agent. The processor must take measures to prevent evaporation of spumagen from Iso component: the drums must be kept closed tightly; avoid overheating of the product while processing.
Moulds must be treated with a proper release agent.
