Rigit polyprene 23M

Polyprene 23M is a rigid polyurethane foam system blown by HCFC 141b and CO2 (produced by the reaction of water with isocyanate). It is intended for discontinuous applications: f.e. structural metal panels for building and cool-store.

*Data referred to laboratory tests made with Isocyanate component at 20°C and Polyol component at 20°C, hand-mixed with mechanical stirrer at 3000 rpm. Reported values vary depending on processing conditions.

Handling and Storage

The Iso component must be stored in liquid state. In case of crystallization it has to be melted heating the drum at 60-70°C for no more than 24 hours.
